Latchmore Roofing has recently secured the tile and single ply roof works on this large regeneration project. Mansell have been appointed as main contractor and have started works on site that will continue over the next 2 years. The works will consists of new Santoft handmade clay tiles to the pitched roof areas with an IKO single ply to central gully areas, and works are due to start early February.
